Award-winning chef comes to Evesham
The Royal Oak has an award-winning new team. Alistair Barlow has taken over the grand old town centre pub, restoring it to its former glory and giving Evesham the great place to eat and drink it deserves.
Alistair has used his experience of cooking in good gastropubs, including The Fleece in Witney listed in the Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide, to create a new menu of honest fresh food done well.
Alistair previously cooked his way to become Craft Guild of Chefs Pub Restaurant Chef of the Year 2010 so knows how to put great tasting dishes on the table. He cooks great steaks, home-made burgers, seasonal fish and classic pub dishes fresh every day, using top quality ingredients from local suppliers.
