The Valley Railway Adventure

The Valley Railway Adventure runs daily during school holidays and every weekend throughout the year. See our website for opening dates.

Trains are usually steam hauled and travel for over a mile through the old apple orchards and around the country park, stopping briefly at Evesham Vale Station. Here you can take a break from your journey to have a picnic, walk to the river Avon or just enjoy the views overlooking some of the most picturesque scenery the Vale of Evesham has to offer.

Trains depart at half hourly intervals, and the return journey takes approximately 15 minutes.

On Bank Holidays we run a 20 minute service, the two train operation enabling you to experience the journey behind a variety of locomotives.

All of our coaches are enclosed or semi enclosed, and there are compartments adapted for wheelchair users. Dogs are welcome on our trains at no extra charge.
