Evesham Ramblers Walks: The Isbourne Way Section 2: Winchcombe to Toddington

In this, the second part of our planned Isbourne Way walk, we will be following the Way from Winchcombe going via Greet up to Toddington Church. From there we return back to Winchcombe going via Toddington Station, and then alongside the GWSR steam railway line to Hailes, where we pick up the Cotswold Way and follow it back to Winchcombe. (See the weblink below for a map of the route). It is quite a long walk at 9.3 miles, although it is not very hilly and generally quite easy. There are several stiles, but nothing really difficult. We will be walking on a mixture of minor roads, tracks and field paths and, although we are not high, we will enjoy some lovely wide-ranging views across to the Cotswold escarpment. There could be livestock in one or two fields.

Toilets are available at the start and at Toddington Station, where there is also a café. We will be having a couple of stops for drinks breaks as well a longer lunch break, so bring refreshments.
