A Day in the Wild with Ray Mears!
We are pleased to share details of a rare opportunity to spend a day with world‑renowned woodsman, author, and broadcaster Ray Mears at Offenham Touring Park
Best known for his pioneering work in bushcraft and outdoor education, Ray Mears has inspired audiences for decades through his books, television programmes, and teachings about the natural world. This special event offers attendees the chance to learn directly from Ray in an intimate outdoor setting.
SATURDAY 16th May
The day will begin with a two‑hour guided walk led by Ray. Participants will explore nature, hear stories from Ray’s many global expeditions, and learn about the natural environment through his expert lens.
After light refreshments, guests will have the opportunity to engage in a dedicated Q&A session, where Ray will answer questions about bushcraft, survival skills, wildlife, and his extensive fieldwork experiences.
