Ken is a Professor of Archaeology and History at the University of Cambridge.
His book, Tyrants and Traders: Tintagel, Arthur and the Lost Kings, publishing 23rd of July 2026 (a week before the Battle of Evesham) explores the history of the mysterious kings who ruled western Britain in the immediately post-Roman period, offering a strong case for the historical existence of King Arthur.
