Description:
The Heart of England Way is a 100 mile long-distance route devised by Alcester Civic Society and officially opened in 1990. We will be walking part of the route from Bourton-on-the-Water to Henley-in-Arden, 45 miles over four days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to do all four days, it is advisable to book as early as possible to secure a place on the minibus each day (only 14 places). You will need to book Walks 5, 9, 13, 17 individually and then to secure your booking, make a BACS payment of £36 for your minibus transport, payable to:

We will travel by minibus from Lower Quinton to Batsford Arboretum and then head towards the village of Blockley and on to Chipping Campden before passing through Mickleton, the most northerly village in Gloucestershire. We circle around Meon Hill with its many legends before arriving at Lower Quinton.
