- Start: 9.30 am
- Distance: a.m. 6 miles; p.m. 6 miles
- Terrain: Open tracks, lanes. Also some woodland, where it is likely to be very muddy, depending on how wet January has been. Be prepared. Only a couple of steep ups and downs.
- Lunch: 12:30 p.m.
- a fairly short stop so that drinks and snacks can be eaten. There is a planned ‘late lunch’ after the ramble
